Congratulation to Katarina Johnson Thompson who retained her commonwealth Heptathlon title.
Kat improved her score from the world champs to 6377 which included a PB in the javelin of 44.33
Elsewhere in the championships, Jonny Mellor finished 6th in the marathon on a very hilly course, Jamie Webb finished 4th in the 800m and Osian Jones finished 6th in the Hammer.
