Liverpool Harriers & Athletic Club
WelcomeLiverpool Harriers & Athletic Club was established in 1882 and has been a successful club for many years establishing itself as one of the elite athletic clubs in the UK. The club operates all year round and caters for young athletes from the age of +9yrs. It participates in all the main national track and field athletic leagues as well as regional competition. The club also competes in many road running and cross country events.
Liverpool Harriers & Athletic Club is located at Wavertree Athletic Stadium, Wellington Road, L15 4LE.

Seonaid Murray is a PhD student researching pancreatic cancer
at the University of Liverpool.
She is trying to win a place in a triathlon called the Tri-City-Athlon
which takes place across three cities (Paris, Brussels and London) in
one day. To be selected she has to be ranked in the top 50 of
applicants based on a public vote.

Andy Taylor - It is with great sadness to announce the death of Andy this afternoon. For over 12 months he has battled with his illness. During last year he took his level 2 coaching qualification and he had an excellent jumps group in his son Alex, Craig and Bethan. Our condolences go to all the family. Further details will be published when known. Funeral Arrangements - Tuesday 23rd March - 2.30pm at Springwood Crematorium followed by a service at St James Church, Church Road, Woolton at 3pm.

The postponed Christmas Handicap was run this morning (03.01.2010) with Richie Burney in the senior race having the fastest lap and Jenny Clague being the fastest woman although Katherine Walker was the first to finish. In the junior race(U14) Elliott Colman finished first, with Chris Manning having the fastest lap and Amelia Christie finishing as the first female home. Click here for full results.
